The GayZette

This collection contains electronic copies of the Gayzette, published in Omaha, Nebraska, by the Rainbow Outreach GLBT Center, every two weeks from June 18, 1999, until December 23, 2016. The collection was donated to UNO Libraries’ Archives & Special Collections by George Broadway and Jay Tremont in 2016. The collection includes the first two issues from June 18, 1999, and July 2, 1999, and then has a gap in coverage until the January 13, 2000, issue. Coverage from 2000 through 2016 is complete. The publication underwent several title changes throughout its history.

The GayZette was been edited by George Broadway from 2004 through 2016.
