Abstract/Description: This scrapbook was created in 1941 ~ 1942 by the YMCA of Greater Omaha. The majority of this scrapbook consists of newspaper clippings. Titles of those materials include: 'Omaha Wins State YMCA Table Tennis Tournament'; 'Don Hilgert 1st in Swim'; 'Boy Can't Keep Dog, Dale Ettleman Sorrows for Stray Waif'; 'Hi-Y to Offer Traffic School, Will Be Open to Girls, Limited to 300'; 'Y Campaigns for $120,000''; 'Robert Panstian 41 Wins World Herald Carrier Scholarship'; 'Bob Johnson Reaches School Chess Semis'; '[Emest] Ferguson Champion in Archery Tourney'; 'Lester Hoffman Is Chess Champion'; 'Y Offers Free Classes for Coming Service Men'; 'Boy's Council at Y Elects Tom Miller.'
