Abstract/Description: This scrapbook was created in 1947 by the YMCA of Greater Omaha. This scrapbook contains YMCA membership lists, correspondence, and newspaper clippings. The correspondence consists of many letters either written or received by; Ben Cowdery, Murray Champine, B. W. Anderson, O. V. Mead, Charles Findley, W. H. Mead, Clarence Minard, George O. Halsey, Gordon Robert, C. C. Chip Bowley, John White, Carl Wilson, John Slavik, Herb Meila, Welt Keenan, Cooper Smith, Chip Bonley, Jack Anderson, Bill Bigger, George Eeklund, Ford Bates, William Bigger, Charles Findley, Dale Clark, Vie Fort, Henry Punneke, Jack Bruer, Lloyd Skinner, C.W. Mead, Roger Sutton, Kiwanis Club of South Omaha, E. Wesley Ferry, and Arthur H. Brayton. The contents of the scrapbook also include: the YMCA membership list; the YMCA Membership Campaign reports, November 13~24, 1947; a flyer "Annual YMCA Membership Campaign Privileges and Rates"; the list of potential captains; Meeting Objections; the list of potential workers.
