Abstract/Description: This scrapbook was created in 1909-1912 by the YMCA of Greater Omaha. The scrapbook includes mostly news clippings as well as ephemera such as broadsides and cards advertising lectures and events. The scrapbook contains: Booklet "Bible Study For Men, 1908-1909"; Flyer "Boys Big Political Meeting"; Flyers announcing a men's meeting or lecture; Ticket "Abraham Lincoln, A Lecture by Supt. W. M. Davidson"; Postcard to Mr. Leroy Updegraff, Boys Depatment of YMCA; Brochure "Commercial Law, Book-Keeping"; Brochure "Some Suggestions for the Week of Prayer"; "Dr. Sperry's Lectures on Personal Purity Subjects" flyer; "Invited To Hear Fred Bulter" flyer; Musical Program "The Vested Choir of Trinity Cathedral"; Brochure "Life Problem Club"; "Nakoma Concert Company" flyer; Membership form "Boys Public Gardening Club"; Program "Sacred Cantata, Victory Divine"; "Educational Membership" cards; Brochure "Why Should I Support the Y.M.C.A.?". The scrapbook is compiled in an unused visitor register ledger.
