In January of 2001, Robert Welk, University of Nebraska at Omaha Professor (1966-2001) of Dramatic Arts, was interviewed by Jack Newton for Reflections in Time. Professor Robert Welk was born in Rippon, WI. He received a B.A. (1960) in Speech from North Central College in Naperville, IL, and an M.A. from Kent State University in Kent, OH. In 1999, Professor Welk received the UNO Chancellor's Medal.
